The Jacksonville Veterans Day Parade marched from the Prime Osborn Convention Center to the Jacksonville Municipal Stadium Nov. 11. JSO led the motorcade, while all armed service branches were represented.

Sen. Barack Obama’s Campaign for Change stopped in the First Coast Sept. 20 to more than 10,000 screaming supporters under a cool Floridian sun.
Although, not all in attendance were allowed into Metro Park, the Fire Marshalls capped the event, which left thousands listening by speaker, and even a few trying to jump the police barricade.
