No one should rush into conlusion until all facts are disclosed. So far, the story is based on hear say. I am sure there is more to this story than what has been reported by the contractor. Please tell me where I can find a contractor that walks away when offered to be paid for his work.

Is there going to be a follow up to this story – Josh, does the newspaper intend to be present at the upcoming court date – believe it is Monday November 16th, updates are welcome, want to hear the explanation as to why he changed the story after learning of the video….”Then Giuma changed his story, saying he was attacked in his home before taking the altercation outside, the report said”, lying should not pay off…..

Seriously knbrown if the professor was an adult he would not of made the decision to tie a child hands behind her head and make her sit in a chair for 9 hours which he admitted doing. an adult professor that teaches engineering I would have thought of alternative ways to discipline a child for example. try pulling the phone cord out the wall or maybe take the battery out the phone. seriously knbrown who was not acting like an adult shall we pull the plug on that theory.

I heard this same professor stole student papers and published them, and the University did nothing about it. If I did that to a professor they would kick me out. It seems some professors think they are above the rest of society, and the University just enables them. We are truly in different times.

Seriously….”shouldn’t be teaching our kids”!!! We aren’t in high school. We are adults…..if we can vote, enlist in the military then we are not kids. Go back to high school!!!
