UNF President John Delaney acknowledged Bill McCollum as the candidate he endorses for governor in an interview with the Spinnaker Jan. 28.

“Bill McCollum is an old friend and he has asked if I can help out with some policy things,” Delaney said.  

When asked directly if he endorses Bill McCollum for governor, Delaney said yes.

“Anytime you can give a potential governor some advice and recommendation, I think it’s a good idea,” Delaney said.

McCollum is running on the republican ticket and serves as the Florida Attorney General.
