[HTML1]

The Beatles, or the next-best-thing —  a tribute band — performed with the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra Feb. 27 and 28. The following are photos taken of the performance on the 28th in the Times-Union Center. The four musical talents were Tom Teely as George Harrison, Chris Camilleri as Ringo Starr, Paul Redding  as Paul McCartney and Jim Owen as John Lennon. The conductor, Martin Herman, wrote the original orchestral arrangements and visited Jacksonville to lead the symphony. Many of the Beatles infamous songs were performed such as The Yellow Submarine, Imagine and Yesterday.
